The minimum order is 50 pcs. We recommend 1,000 pcs or more for a better unit price.
Can you quote delivery to the United States?
We can quote shipping by air or sea, depending on your order quantity and requirements. Freight is charged separately and confirmed in your quotation. Include your delivery city, state and ZIP code when available.
What is the lead time for custom orders?
Custom orders take 7–15 days, depending on your requirements. We will confirm the schedule and delivery timing for your selected shipping method and destination.
Can I review the logo and gold finish first?
Ask about artwork proofs and physical samples in your enquiry. Sample availability, cost and the final production specification are confirmed for your chosen cup and decoration.
Are gold details microwave or dishwasher safe?
Care requirements depend on the decoration process. Do not assume a gold-decorated cup is microwave- or dishwasher-safe; ask us to confirm care instructions for the exact finish.
