Love my mug, print quality is great & colours bright. No problems in dishwasher.
Well packaged but shipping a little slow.

Ordering was easy and customer service was excellent. The mug itself seems to be good quality but the print is partly a bit blurry.

I ordered a few samples to test quality for my shop. They are really good. Looking forward to adding these to my store.

So this is to elaborate on a previous review I posted. I can't seem to edit it. I have found there is a small hole in the bottom of the mug. It's double walled so this simply goes to the cavity between the two. (So the beverage does not leak) Is there some reason why this needs to exist? All it seems to do is ensure water gets trapped inside when washing. Only to slowly drip into your lap while you are drinking from it later.

I love the mug, but the writing was very crooked, so I was very dispensation because this
was a fathers day gift.

I order 200pcs double wall travel mugs with some picture , printing very shine and clear .
we like them . but looks the 16oz double wall is only 14oz capacity , but not mind . maybe double wall reason.

his mug is absolutely wonderful. It keeps your drink hot/warm for a long time. The lid stays secured, and there are no leaks. It has held up beautifully after being in the dishwasher, and it warms up your drink great in the microwave. first 100pcs , I ordered 200pcs again .
