How can I know how much my order will cost?
On each product page, there is a Price Estimator. Just access the product details page of the product you want, and enter your desired production method, printing colors, print position, state, etc. After that, submit the 'Add to Cart', choose the country you want to ship to, and an estimated price of your order will appear.
How about the Shipping Cost?
After submitting the 'Add to Cart', calculate the shipping cost to your country, and an estimated price of your order will appear. But if you order more than 300pcs, please contact us by Email: [email protected]. We will check and offer a cheaper shipping cost for you.
What are the Imprint Colors?
The imprint color is the color that will be used to print your artwork/design. If your artwork contains more than one color, please choose two colors or three colors printing. For full-color printing, you may select the "Full Color" production method when available. We can also alter your logos to simplify the number of colors imprinted or print in one color.
What if I need to make changes after I order?
If you need to make any changes, please contact our customer service or art department as soon as possible at [email protected]. No changes can be made to an order once the proof has been approved and the production process has begun.
When will I receive my order?
While placing your order, you will be prompted to enter a desired production time (how quickly you need the products printed) and a desired shipping method (how quickly you need them shipped to you after printing). If there are no artwork delays on your order, in most cases, it takes roughly 7-10 business days to have your products perfected and printed. Orders for personalized photo mugs (1-10pcs) will be finished in two business days, with shipping by China Post Air Mail taking about 15 to 25 days. Wholesale mugs are usually ordered on the first day and delivered on the second business day. For shipping:
- Less than 400pcs (200kg): We deliver by air (FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL, etc.), with delivery time approx. 10 to 12 days.
- Above 400pcs: We deliver by sea, with delivery time approx. 15 to 45 days.

Artwork FAQs
Can I see a sample of what my artwork will look like on an item before placing my order?
Once your order has been submitted and paid, the art department will take your submitted design and prepare a proof, which will be submitted for your approval via email within 24 hours of the order being placed (for bulk orders only; single pieces will not have a proof unless requested by the customer). You can also contact us before placing the order at [email protected]. After you submit the design files to us, we can help you create a sample photo for your reference.
What artwork formats do you accept?
We accept Illustrator (.eps, .ai, .ps, .pdf), Photoshop (.psd 300 resolution), high-quality JPEG (300 resolution), TIFF (300 resolution), GIF (300 resolution), or Freehand 10. If you have a different format, please contact our art department at [email protected]. We ask that you have your art already vectorized and your fonts flattened if possible.
If I fail to pay online, what should I do?
After you add the products to your shopping cart, you can make the payment online. We accept payment via PayPal. However, if you encounter issues and cannot complete the payment successfully, you can make the payment directly to our PayPal account: [email protected]. After sending the payment, please send an email to us to confirm.
