This is the 3rd time we have ordered (2 repeat orders) these mugs. We supplied our artwork files, and they prepared a photo proof for approval, then printed the mugs and shipped them to us via FedEx from China. Questions were always answered quickly by email, and we have had no problems whatsoever with the product.
