THE COFFEE MOMENT, RECONSIDERED
Your brand, at their favorite desk.
A practical starting point for employee welcome kits, client gifts and office coffee corners. The neutral palette works with understated branding, while the warm cork lower section adds a distinct material contrast.
The lid is intended to reduce splashes while the mug stays upright. This is a desk mug, not a sealed travel flask: do not put a filled mug in a bag or rely on it to prevent leaks.
Plan your custom project ↗SHAPE, MATERIAL & SCALE
Ceramic above.
Warm cork below.
A tall, near-cylindrical ceramic body with a generous curved handle. The cork lower section provides a softer contact surface than bare ceramic; it is not a promise that every tabletop is protected from heat or moisture.

- Body
- Ceramic with a matte exterior; matching or coordinated glazed interior
- Base
- Natural-looking cork lower section
- Lid
- Black plastic sipping lid; splash resistant, not leakproof
- Reference capacity
- Approx. 15 US fl oz / 440 ml maximum; about 14 oz / 415 ml at normal fill
- Reference dimensions
- Approx. 3.3 in opening diameter × 4.6 in overall mug height (8.4 × 11.7 cm)
- Colors
- Charcoal gray, matte black and warm beige
- Intended use
- Upright desk use for coffee or tea; not a vacuum-insulated bottle
Dimensions and capacity are approximate reference values, not final factory tolerances. Final measurements, materials, color availability and fit are agreed with the production specification or sample.
CONFIGURATION & ORDER SCOPE
Build the right desk-gift configuration.
The reference design pairs one ceramic mug with its cork base and a black sipping lid. Tell us how many complete mug-and-lid units you need, whether colors may be mixed, and how you want individual units packed. The source retail two-pack does not define your project minimum.
WHERE IT FITS
A purpose for every cup.
Employee welcome kits
Coordinate a neutral mug color with your team identity and confirm how it will fit into the rest of the kit.
Client appreciation
Keep the logo restrained and readable; specify whether a single-unit presentation is required.
Office coffee corners
Choose one consistent color or discuss a planned color mix for different teams.
ARTWORK WITH INTENTION
Make the mark
feel considered.
Use the straight ceramic body above the cork as the starting point for artwork. A dark mark reads clearly on beige; a light mark contrasts with black or charcoal. Keep artwork away from the lip and the cork join. Final printable area, placement and process depend on the approved mug and artwork.
Send vector PDF, SVG or AI artwork where possible, plus your preferred logo color and placement. A clear image can start the discussion. Artwork is assessed at actual size; the final decoration method, printable area and proof are agreed for your project.
“YOUR LOGO” is a placement example, not a produced customer sample. No print process or color-match tolerance is promised before the specification is confirmed.
PACKING & PROCUREMENT
Brief the details
that matter.
- Tell us whether you need individual, grouped or gift-ready packing; no presentation box is included by default.
- Specify packing labels, carton quantities and any logo on the packaging separately from the cup artwork.
- Share the delivery country, postcode and required date so freight and the production schedule can be quoted.
- Flag any food-contact documentation, washing requirements or sample checks needed for your destination market.
CARE & SUITABILITY
Made for the desk. Washed by hand.
- Hand wash the mug, cork base and lid gently; dry them thoroughly before storing. Avoid soaking the cork or scrubbing it with abrasives.
- Do not use this reference construction in a microwave, oven or dishwasher. Confirm the finished decoration care instructions with your order.
- Keep the mug upright, check that the lid is fitted correctly and take care with hot drinks. The lid is not leakproof; no fixed heat-retention time is claimed.

BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE
The useful details.
Clearly answered.
Is the lid leakproof?
No. It is a splash-resistant sipping lid for upright desk use, not a sealed travel lid. A filled mug should not be carried in a bag.
Will it keep coffee hot for a fixed number of hours?
No timed insulation claim is offered. This is a ceramic desk mug with a cork lower section, not a vacuum flask.
Can I microwave it or put it in the dishwasher?
No. Hand wash this reference construction and keep it out of the microwave, oven and dishwasher. The final logo process may add further care requirements.
Does the order have to be a two-pack?
No fixed retail pack is imposed here. Tell us your required number of mug-and-lid units. Minimum quantity, color mixing and packing are confirmed by quotation.
Can the cork be removed?
Do not assume a removable or magnetic mechanism. The approved sample and final construction specification determine the base attachment and cleaning instructions.
What should I send for a quote?
Send the selected color or configuration, total quantity, artwork, delivery country and required date. Add any packing brief and compliance or care requirements. Vector PDF, SVG or AI artwork is preferred; a clear image can start the discussion.
When will pricing and delivery be confirmed?
Unit price, minimum quantity, decoration, sample terms, packing, production timing and freight are agreed in the project quotation. No source-market retail price or delivery promise is carried over to your custom order.
Are the gallery logos finished customer samples?
No. Gallery images are reference-based product and logo visualizations. YOUR LOGO illustrates placement only. Glaze, construction, artwork and final measurements are approved against the project specification or sample.
