The trial, clearly defined

• Earning period: first qualifying orders paid from 18 October 2026 through 17 January 2027, ending at 23:59:59 China Standard Time (UTC+8). Points are credited after order completion and verification, which may occur later.
• Reward: 10 points per eligible new business, once only. Maximum 100 referral points per referring member for this three-month trial. The existing spending rate is 1 point = US$1. Your existing points and store account are not converted or reset.
• Qualifying order: a new, independent business’s first paid bulk order with eligible merchandise of at least US$3,000 before freight, taxes, samples, setup and other additional charges. All product-specific minimum quantities, prices and quotation conditions still apply.
• Real introductions only: no self-referrals, affiliated or duplicate businesses, split orders, repeat rewards for the same company, fake enquiries or refunded/cancelled orders. A shared email domain is not by itself proof of a separate business. We verify company identity, referral source, payment and completion before crediting points.
• Attribution: the referred business should follow your personal link and include your code in its enquiry before placing its order. The first verified, valid referring member is recorded; if more than one person claims the same introduction, no duplicate reward is issued. A plain product link without a personal code cannot identify you.
• Sharing is optional: no points for publishing a post, a like, a click or opening/cancelling a share dialog. Do not spam communities. Instagram uses your device’s sharing options or copied product text/link, not automatic feed posting. This program is operated by CustomMugCup, not sponsored by a social platform.

Turn points into purchasing value

Your credited points appear in your existing store reward balance and points history. Where native checkout accepts rewards, the existing store redemption options continue to apply. For wholesale enquiries, sign in, choose the points amount and request a deduction in your quotation. We verify account ownership, available points and the final quotation, then record the deduction in the native points ledger. An enquiry does not reserve or spend points.

Points are purchasing value, not withdrawable cash. Wholesale point deductions reduce merchandise only, not freight, tax or additional project charges; they cannot exceed eligible merchandise or your available balance and cannot be combined with WELCOME100 or another additional promotional credit on the same wholesale quotation. Existing quantity prices remain. Credited points follow the existing rewards expiry policy; this trial adds no new expiry to old balances.

For a cancelled wholesale quotation after points have been deducted, the recorded points deduction can be reversed after verification; no cash is created. For an order refund, adjustments follow the actual payment and points used. No new shipping, sample, refund or delivery promise is created by this program.
