THE COFFEE MOMENT, RECONSIDERED
A coffee station with a clear identity.
A coordinated espresso service is a natural starting point for reception coffee corners, meeting rooms and café-inspired gifts. The vertical wire stand organizes the reference cups and saucers in one compact arrangement.
Black cups have white interiors and a gold-tone rack; white cups have a black rack. Both references use gold-tone teaspoons. The cup rims are plain ceramic, not gold-rimmed.
Plan your custom project ↗SHAPE, MATERIAL & SCALE
Small cups.
A complete arrangement.
The reference is a four-cup espresso arrangement: four cups, four saucers, four teaspoons and one stand. The gallery shows three cups stacked and one placed in front. It is not a six-cup or larger cappuccino configuration.

- Ceramic, with a glazed drinking interior
- Reference cup capacity
- Approx. 3 US fl oz / 90 ml; beverage portion is lower than full capacity
- Reference cup dimensions
- Approx. 2.6 in diameter × 2.3 in height (6.6 × 5.8 cm)
- Reference saucer diameter
- Approx. 4.7 in / 11.9 cm
- Black configuration
- Black cups and saucers; white cup interiors; gold-tone stand and teaspoons
- White configuration

Dimensions and capacity are approximate reference values, not final factory tolerances. Final measurements, materials, color availability and fit are agreed with the production specification or sample.
CONFIGURATION & ORDER SCOPE
Specify the set, not just the cup.
The four-cup arrangement is the visual reference, not a minimum order quantity. Ask for the exact number of cups, saucers, teaspoons and stands in each quoted set. Confirm whether the whole arrangement is packed together, whether cup-and-saucer units are packed separately, and which pieces carry artwork. Decorative bows and café props are not included.
WHERE IT FITS
A purpose for every cup.
Reception coffee service
Present espresso in a coordinated cup-and-saucer combination rather than a full-size office mug.
Meeting-room coffee corners
Plan the stand footprint and the number of complete settings needed at each station.
Café-inspired gifts
Discuss set packing and how the cup artwork should remain visible when the cups are stacked.
ARTWORK WITH INTENTION
Make the mark
feel considered.
Use the outside cup wall for a simple logo with breathing room around the handle. White artwork contrasts with the black cup; a dark mark suits the white cup. If saucer decoration is required, identify it separately in the brief. Gold-tone accessories do not mean that the cups have metallic decoration.
Send vector PDF, SVG or AI artwork where possible, plus your preferred logo color and placement. A clear image can start the discussion. Artwork is assessed at actual size; the final decoration method, printable area and proof are agreed for your project.
“YOUR LOGO” is a placement example, not a produced customer sample. No print process or color-match tolerance is promised before the specification is confirmed.
PACKING & PROCUREMENT
Brief the details
that matter.
- Tell us whether you need individual, grouped or gift-ready packing; no presentation box is included by default.
- Specify packing labels, carton quantities and any logo on the packaging separately from the cup artwork.
- Share the delivery country, postcode and required date so freight and the production schedule can be quoted.
- Flag any food-contact documentation, washing requirements or sample checks needed for your destination market.
CARE & SUITABILITY
Separate ceramic care from metal care.
- The undecorated ceramic reference is described as dishwasher suitable. The finished logo and any additional decoration need their own confirmed care instructions; gentle hand washing is the conservative starting point.
- Hand wash and dry the metal stand and teaspoons separately. Do not put metal components into a microwave.
- Avoid sudden temperature changes and stacking chipped or damaged cups. Confirm washing, microwave suitability and stacking fit on the approved finished sample.

BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE
The useful details.
Clearly answered.
Is this the 3 oz or the larger cup version?
This page follows the approximately 3 oz / 90 ml four-cup reference. Larger 7 oz or 8 oz versions from the source family are not represented by these selections.
What is in the reference arrangement?
Four ceramic cups, four matching saucers, four gold-tone teaspoons and one stand. Final included quantities and packing must be itemized in your quotation.
Do both colors use the same stand?
No. The black reference pairs with a gold-tone stand; the white reference pairs with a black stand. Both use gold-tone teaspoons.
Can the whole set go in the microwave?
No. Never microwave the metal stand or teaspoons. Microwave suitability of the finished ceramic cups depends on the decoration and must be confirmed separately.
Is four cups the minimum order?
No. Four cups describe the reference set configuration, not a wholesale MOQ. Quote quantities as complete sets or individual cup-and-saucer units so the scope is clear.
What should I send for a quote?
Send the selected color or configuration, total quantity, artwork, delivery country and required date. Add any packing brief and compliance or care requirements. Vector PDF, SVG or AI artwork is preferred; a clear image can start the discussion.
When will pricing and delivery be confirmed?
Unit price, minimum quantity, decoration, sample terms, packing, production timing and freight are agreed in the project quotation. No source-market retail price or delivery promise is carried over to your custom order.
Are the gallery logos finished customer samples?
No. Gallery images are reference-based product and logo visualizations. YOUR LOGO illustrates placement only. Glaze, construction, artwork and final measurements are approved against the project specification or sample.
