For your first question , if you order less than 300pcs ,you can check the shipping cost from the website ,
the step as below ,
1. put your quantity , color , printing side etc , click the " ADD TO CART " .
2. Click the " Proceed the Checkout " . you can find the shipping cost now .

For keep the good quality printing , the photo is best AI , PDF ,JPG is also ok , but better 300dpi .
we will accord the printing artwork to choose which way to printing , scree printing or Sublimation .

I paid almost $70 in shipping and ordered in time that these mugs would arrive by christmas, we were announcing our first baby to the family using your product. It is now December 28th and we have not received our mugs and the arrival date has changed TWICE from coming December 28th, then changing to December 30th and now it is saying the package isn't arriving until January 4th!!
This is a little ridiculous...and you had previously told me the mugs had shipped 12-13 days ago (from today) when in reality they were only shipped 5 or 6 days ago. I am very un-pleased by this, I know Christmas is a busy time, but don't tell a customer their item was shipped when it was not. Is there anyway I can be reimbursed for some of my purchase, they have arrived by now!

I placed an order in May roughly 4 weeks ago , and since the initial order i never had regular updates, i always had to send emails asking for an update. You have missed your deadline non stop and 4 weeks later, i get an email stating sorry our machine was stopped for maintenance and to wait another 4 days before the mugs are even printed. All while i have paid. Originally the advertisement stated 2 weeks for printing and 2 weeks for delivery, it is now 4 weeks going into week 5 and my printing is still not finished! I am not a happy customer this is not fair

In response to the above, from the original order date it took you several days to respond to an email on the new logo file you needed hence why the logo file was on the 26th May, On my original order date on the 16th i provided logos so almost two weeks later you askef for a new logo, anyway you promised to ship by Weds and its now Thursday and you missed yet another deadline. I am really starting to get frustrated as you keep lying or you keep promising things you cant deliver on. Totally unacceptable and I am not happy, yet again I have to send another email toask where is my order!

A simple apology would have been nice rather than coming up with excuses. by the time the delivery comes for a handful of cups (which you advertise takes only 4 weeks) will take almost two months now by the time they arrive in country. Of course we spoke many times, but the lag times of 3 - 4 days per communication , and the lag time from the original order to when you required the new logos, to printing, and also when your warehouse was offline because of the machine which delayed it further by another 5 days, meanwhile you did not communicate with me on the delay. Last time I use you guys, instead of trying to help on the delay, you come up with excuses, and how you want to treat your customers well. You havet been rude by any means, but it seems like your capacity to produce the 4 weeks advertised is wrong and your lying to customers by making commitments you cant keep. Two weeks for printing (not one month like me order) and 2 weeks delivery. That's what you advertise, not 1 month for printing plus 2 weeks for delivery. That's almost two months. I would have used someone else if I knew I would get into this mess. Not Happy sorry

1. Yes, all of our product can pass the related test. it is health safe.
2. Which mug you'd like to order ? you can place a sample order online and upload your logo file when you order.
3. Usually production quantity less than 50pcs is 1-3 days, more quantity about 5 to 10 days.
4. There is no customs fees during export , import fees depend on different country custom rules. but by express ,there will not too much fees.
5. If you don't receive your purchase please contact us, we will resend or refund you .
